Q: Are dogs allowed at this race?

A: Yes, dogs are allowed at The Boulders at Lake Tyler, including during this race. You must keep your pet on a leash at all times. You must also police (pickup and properly dispose of) all pet waste. Kindly understand that you may be asked to leave if your pet becomes aggressive or otherwise excessively bothersome to other attendees. 

Q: Are the courses paved or on trails?

A: Both the 5K and 10K courses are completely paved. Please see course detail section for more information.

Q: Are strollers allowed?

A: Yes! Both courses are paved and stroller-friendly. Please make sure that children are secured and stay in the stroller at all times while on course. 

Q: Can children participate? 

A: Yes! The 5K event is recommended for youth. All participants on course must be registered / documented. No exceptions.

Q: Can I walk?

A: Yes! We recommend walkers participate in the 5K event.

Q: Is this race for women only?

A: Yes, only female athletes may compete. Men are welcome to attend as supporters, cheerleaders, or volunteers!

Q: Will you offer gear check?

A: Yes! We will offer gear check to our athletes. Bag dimensions are 12" by 18".
