2025 Race Day and Packet Pickup Information
Thank you very much for participating at our event. We hope you enjoy our event and that you join us next year again.
As we prepare for the event let's take a moment and remember the purpose of Thanksgiving, it will be a day celebrate that you are gathering with your friends and family.
Please don't let anything or anyone at the event ruin your experience at our event and please do not ruin the day for someone else too.
Remember that this event is for fun and is meant for all to enjoy the friend and family time before the Thanksgiving Feast preparations.
We (the staff and volunteers) will do and are doing everything within our reach to ensure we
have a smooth event. We have traffic control and police secure the route for
everyone's safety.
Please have your 1 item per registration when you are pick up your bib number either on race day or at packet pick up.
You can bring any 1 (one) item of the following.
Baby food
Canned food
Diapers
Socks/underwear
Pet food/Pet toys
Any hygiene products
(toothpaste, soap, deodorant etc.)
Clothing or blankets

as long as you have THEIR QR CODE

VIP PICK UP
If you purchased VIP PICK UP please go the front of table
where you will be able to get the bag with your name and items in it.
Race Day Information
7:00 a.m. Packet pickup opens
8:30 a.m. 5K Run begins.
8:40 a.m. 1 mile Run/Walk begins.
9:20 a.m. 5K awards presentation
T-Shirts
Participants will get the t-shirt they selected at time of registration.
Exchanges are only available after the event,
and upon availability.
Starting Line
We will have signage to line up at the starting line.
Please line up according to your running abilities, faster in the front and walkers in the back.
If you are walking or walking with a stroller, please line up at the end of the pack.
Post Race Activities
Stay after your run/walk and have some fun game time with the family.
We will have games and prizes
