New in 2025 is our referral refund program! We love the Run for Rainbows 5K and we hope you do, too. If you do, we want you to tell your friends and family about it and be able to earn rewards if they sign up using the link you send them. Here's how it works:

• Step 1, Sign Up: Yep, getting yourself signed up is step one. 

• Step 2, Get Your Referral Link: Your personalized referral link will be on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Pump that out to your network and make sure everyone knows why they should join YOU at the Run for Rainbows 5K!

• Step 3, Your Family and Friends Sign Up Using Your Link: If you've sent them your link and they use your link: you get credit. Simple! Make sure to remind your network to use your link to sign up. The Run for Rainbows 5K will not retroactively attach someone's registration to your referral link, so be sure they know early and often that you have a referral link and that they should use it!

• Step 4, You Get Rewarded:

  • Refer three (3) paid 5k registrants through your link and you'll ​get $5 refunded automatically

  • For each 5k registrant referred after the third, each one nets you an additional $5 refund - the rewards can pile up quickly from here!
