NOT on Main Street or Court Street (that’s our race course!). We strongly recommend parking in the public lot behind Running Soles. You can access this lot via S. Central Ave or S. Columbia Ave.

Running Soles - 204 E Main St - Campbellsville, KY

Teams of 4 compete in bracket-style heats. Each runner sprints 1 loop (400m) along closed downtown streets before making a handoff to their teammate. The top teams in each heat advance through the bracket toward the Finals!

Streamlined for speed! On race night, Captain Banana checks in at the table, grabs all 4 bibs + 1 official banana baton, and distributes them to the team.

YUP. 2 Females Minimum per team. No exceptions! With free Saucony shoes on the line for the champions, we're keeping the playing field fair and competitive. (Besides, last year our all-women squads were going bananas and smoking the guys anyway).

Anyone ages 6 and up can join! Feel free to mix and match ages on your squad—parents, kids, friends, or coworkers can all run together on the same team. As long as you have 4 total runners and at least 2 female team members, you’re good to go!

Absolutely! Family squads, youth groups, and mixed-age teams are welcome and encouraged.

No solo runners this year! Time to recruit your squad and step up as Captain. Just make sure your roster has at least 2 female runners before you register!

Keep asking around! To secure one of our limited spots, your Captain must register all 4 runners at once. It is 100% on the Captain to assemble the bunch and find any replacements before check-in. No single-entry "free agents" or partial sign-ups allowed.

It’s up to your Captain to find a substitute before 6:00 PM check-in! We will not have a "free agent pool" at the registration desk, so make sure your bench is ready.

Team Check-In opens at 5:45 PM at the Running Soles tent (Court St & Main St). We recommend all 4 runners arrive BEFORE 6:30PM to ensure check-in goes smoothly!

DUH! It's Halloween week! Get spooky, match your team name, or come dressed as a bunch. Bonus points for creativity!

Bananas have a thick skin and we believe you should, too...
