The Run the River Corporate Wellness Program seeks to encourage local businesses and organizations in the Tri-Cities area to promote health, wellness and an active lifestyle through participating in our event on Saturday, April 19th, 2025. This event is a perfect fit for just about any company or any runner. Participating businesses can earn great incentives such as discounted race entries, training plans for each race distance to distribute to employees, and tent space at the start/finish line area in our athlete village on race day. This is a great opportunity to promote team-building, boost morale, work towards a common goal, and stay active. Everyone ultimately wins when employees are incentivized to prioritize their physical and mental wellness. A healthy workforce is a healthy company!
Run the River is excited to offer businesses an opportunity for their employees to celebrate wellness and camaraderie by offering 3 different program options
Option 1: INDIVIDUAL DISCOUNT PACKAGE - $250
- Company is provided with a coupon code for 15% off registration fees for participating employees and their immediate family members.
- Training plans provided for marathon, half marathon, marathon relay and 5k.
- Flyer and promotional material for company distribution available.
Option 2: CORPORATE RELAY PACKAGE - $500
- Marathon relay team entry fee for up to 4 participants
- 4 Event T-shirts.
- Training plan provided to the relay members.
- Space provided at the start area/finisher's village for business to set up a tent on race day.
Option 3: CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE - $1000
- Includes 5 race entries to the race of their choice.
- 5 Event T-shirts.
- Training plan for race distances selected.
- 10x10 tent, company banner, 5 chairs, bottled water and light snacks provided at finisher's area for company's private use.
- 15% discount code for additional employees & family members.
