Race Day Details

Please read through the following before race day. Covid 19/Social Distancing Guidelines are below.

  • Location - Amalthea Cellars - 209 Vineyard Rd. Atco, NJ 08004
  • Date/Time - October 25th at 9am (5K Starts 1st, Followed by the 10K at about 9:07)
  • Arrival/Check-In - Please arrive on Race Day between 7:30-8:30am to pick up your Bib and Shirt. (There is NO pre race day pick up)
  • Timing - This race is chip timed. Race bibs will have a chip which will start and finish when you cross the start/finish line.  Please be sure to wear your race bib on front and exterior. Do not cover bib as chips may not be read. Please be sure to wear the correct race bib.
  • Results and Awards - Results are available immediately and Awards will be presented at approximately 10am for the 5K and 10:45am for the 10K. Awards will not be mailed to participants. Results will be emailed and are available on this website as well - Under RESULTS Tab.
  • Photos - Free downloadable photos will be available to all participants to use. The link will be posted and emailed with 24 hours of race.

  • Post Run Party - There will be live music and Buon Viaggio Wood Fired Pizza. Plan to stick around! It should be a beautiful day!
  • Swag - All pre-registered participants will receive a shirt and souvenir wine glass, plus a wine ticket.
  • Seating - There are 2 options for seating...Amalthea Cellars has seating with various size tables. Tables should not be moved. Groups should not be larger than the number of chairs per table.
  • There is nice lawn space available for you to bring blankets and chairs. Please maintain proper social distancing between other groups. Groups should
  • not be larger than 8 people please.
  • No Refunds or Transfers
  • Event is Rain or Shine
  • No outside alcohol is permitted
  • Masks must be worn unless seated or running.

  • We will implement a Staggered Start System based on projected Finish Times. Each corral will be assigned/explained on race morning and will consist of approximately 15 people.
  • Disposable masks will be given out at check-in. These masks should be worn during race announcements and may be disposed of when crossing the Start Line.
  • Upon finishing the race, please maintain social distancing guidelines.
  • Masks are to be worn at all times unless seated or running.
