Transfer Policy
Please read through the GDFAR Transfer Policy with regards to the Run the Vineyards - Cork High & Bottle Deep Half Marathon.
NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED.
- Please note that Unauthorized race transfers are strictly prohibited. *Person to Person Transfers are NOT allowed. See *Important Policy Note below.
- Race to Race Transfers and Race Deferrals- deadline to request is Oct. 10. Only permitted after receiving special request via email on or before October 10, 2024 and a transfer/deferral fee will be required. If for any reason, you are unable to participate in the Half Marathon, you may transfer this registration to another available GDFAR race of equal or lesser value. If the new race costs less money, you will forfeit any difference in cost. Race Transfer/Deferral Fee will Apply when receiving a race credit to be used for a future race.
- Email beth@gooddayforarun.com to request a deferral or race transfer. If you don't know which race, a race credit will be provided for the amount paid for the race minus required race transfer or deferral fees in the form of a "Coupon code."
- Race Transfer/Deferral Fee apply as follows:
- Fee is $10 if requested 90 days or more prior to Half Marathon. (Date expires 8/10/24)
- Fee is $15 if requested between 90 Days and 60 Days prior to Half Marathon. (Date expires 9/10/24)
- Fee is $20 if requested between 60 and 30 days prior to Half Marathon. (Date expires 10/10/24)
- Transfer or Deferral Requests emailed after Oct. 10, 2024 or less than 30 days prior to the Half Marathon will be denied.
- No Refunds. No Exceptions. Packets and awards can not be mailed.
*IMPORTANT POLICY NOTE: You may NOT transfer your race entry to a new runner. Runners who receive or use an unauthorized transferred entry or race bib will not be permitted to participate and will be Disqualified. ID is checked upon race bib pick up. Must email beth@gooddayforarun.com to give permission for someone else pick up your packet. Unauthorized race transfers are strictly prohibited.
