- Packet Pick Up Options:
- Pre Race Day Pick Up Option at Pindar Vineyards is Saturday (July 22nd) between 3-5pm.
- Race-Day Packet Pick-Up: 7:15- 8:30 AM
- Check-In Location is outside at back parking area - under 2 blue tents.
- Pre Race Announcements: Please be ready and come to the starting line area at about 8:45am. Announcements will start at 8:50am. Live National Anthem will be performed at 8:55am. Race starts at 9am.
- Wine Ticket: Your race bib will have a wine ticket and can be redeemed after the race for your complimentary glass of wine and your souvenir wine glass.
- Live Music - We are excited to have Paris Ray Music performing for our post race festivities until about Noon.
- On-Site Food: The Big Black Food Truck will be on site with great food options. Website: https://www.thebigblackfoodtruck.com/
- Post Race Seating Availability. Plus you are welcome to bring lawn chairs.
- Results: All results will be available on-line at at the Run Sign Up Page.
- Awards: Awards will be based off chip timing. Awards will be announced near our musician at about 10:15am. Awards may be picked up at the registration tent after this time.

- The course is a cross country style - mostly short cut grass with some gravel and dirt.
- Water: We will have a water station at the midway point and Finish Line
