Race Day Details
Please read through the following before race day.
- Date/Time - November 4th at 9am (8K starts at 9am. 5K Starts at 9:05)
- Arrival/Check-In - Please arrive on Race Day between 7:30-8:30am to pick up your Bib and Shirt. (There is No pre race day pick up)
- Timing - This race is chip timed. Race bibs will have a chip which will start and finish when you cross the start/finish line.
- Results and Awards - Results are available immediately and Awards will be presented at approximately 10:15am for the 5K and 10:30am for the 8K.
- Awards will not be mailed to participants. Results will be emailed and are available on this website as well - Under RESULTS Tab.
- Photos - Free downloadable photos will be available to all participants to use. The link will be posted and emailed with 24 hours of race.

- Water - There will be 1 water stop for the 5K and 2 for the 8K race. Plus the Finish line.
- Post Run Party - There will be live music and I&G Food Truck. Plan to stick around! It should be a beautiful day!
- Swag - All pre-registered participants will receive a shirt and souvenir wine glass, plus a wine ticket.
- Seating - The main area for seating and gathering is under the large white tent. Feel free to bring lawn chairs if you would like.
- No Refunds or Transfers
- Event is Rain or Shine
- No outside alcohol is permitted
- This course is not suitable for Strollers
- Dogs are permitted.
