Run the Vineyards Williams Gap 5K

Important details regarding race day at Williams Gap Winery. 

• Race Date/Time: October 11th at 9am
• Location: Williams Gap Winery is located at 35521 Sexton Farm Lane, Round Hill, VA 20141 (Enter from Woodgrove Rd.)

  • Saturday Morning 7:30-8:30am at Williams Gap Winery. Under the 2 blue tents.
• Arrival/Parking: Please arrive between 7:30-8:15am to park and get situated.  Late arrivals will not be permitted to run due to course changes during the race.  Also, please note, the main driveway is a portion of the course and will have limited access between 9am-10am.

• Course Description: The course is a combination of packed gravel and short cut grass.  Essentially, this is a cross country style course.  Normal running shoes or trail shoes are suitable.  
• Results: Live Results are available on this site at the Results Tab. Also, a QR Code will be available at the Finish Area.  
• Awards: We will distribute awards at approximately 10:10am at the Musician stage. Awards are presented to Top 3 Overall and Top 3 Per Age Group (Under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc.)
• Live Music: Spike Burton Music will be performing between 9:45am-Noon on the Pavilion.  He brings a high level of fun and energy!
• Food Truck: TacoTown will be on-site with some great food options! 
• Wine: Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after completing the race (21+ and on race day only). Wine sales are available for additional purchases and for spectators.  
• Strollers are Permitted (See Course Description Notes Above)
• Dogs are permitted to run with owner. But must be leashed and should remain outdoors at all times.  
• Race is Rain or Shine
• No Transfers or Refunds
