Race Day Details
Please read through the following Information regarding race day at Penns Woods Winery.
- Date: May 28th
- Location: 124 Beaver Valley Road, Chadds Ford, PA
- Race Times:
- 5K Race - 10:30 am
- Kids Run - 10am
- Packet Pick Up Options:
- Saturday (5/28) from 8:30am-10:00 AM at Penns Woods Winery
- Course Notes: The course is all off road. Mostly on short cut grass. There are no technical trails for this race.
- Kids Race: While not necessary, 1 Adults is allowed to run with a child if they choose. Course is well groomed and marked and volunteers will be in key locations.
- Chip Timing: The race is chip timed and your time will start when you cross the starting line.

- Awards: Race awards will be presented at 11:30am. Award medals will not be mailed.
- Photos: Race photos will be emailed within 24 hours!
- Dogs: Leashed, well behaved dogs are allowed at spectator area - Not on course please.
- Post Race Fun:
- Live Music - Performer Greg Jones will be a game time decision due to weather. His equipment must stay dry.
- Penns Woods Wine - You may redeem your drink ticket for a glass of wine. Plus additional purchases by the glass or bottle are available for runners and spectators!
- There are a few covered sections at the winery. 1st come 1st serve. Please note that canopy tents are not permitted for the safety of all
- Arrival: Please be sure to arrive early. Late runners will not be permitted on course as course markings are modified soon after the race starts.
- Spectators: Spectators are welcome. Please carpool when possible due to limited parking.
