Important Dates
PLAYER MEDIA DAY
Sunday, October 24 | 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Alamodome
Media will be onsite to conduct player interviews or gather video footage of players receiving All-Star selection certificates. Players will also take headshots for the official game program and have the opportunity to pre-order game tickets, programs and merchandise. Players will be given a SPECIFIC SCHEDULED TIME of when to arrive for interview by October 19.
Dress code: School jersey for program photo headshots. Players will wear All-Star Game jerseys during interviews and presentations. (Note, we ask that players from the same school to wear the same color jersey and please no hoodies underneath jerseys.)
NOTE: Waivers must be completed and submitted prior to this event.
PLAYERS & COACHES MEETING
Sunday, January 2 | Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Northside Gym (8400 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78249)
Players will have the opportunity to speak with their team coach and will receive uniforms during this meeting. Tickets, programs and t-shirts will be available for purchase. All pre-orders will be available for pickup as well.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Monday, January 3 - Friday, January 7 | The weekdays leading up to the game | Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (tentative start time due to school schedules)
Practice Location(s): Team Gold: Southside High School Team Black: Heroes Stadium
The All-Star team coaches will select the time frame and format of practices for the week. Picture day will be scheduled BEFORE practice begins on the days listed below. Please arrive one hour before practice to get team and individual photos taken. Note: Bring your game uniform to picture day.

GAME DAY
Saturday, January 8| Alamodome | 5:00 PM
Bring your game equipment (uniform, pads, helmet, cleats, gloves, mouthpiece, etc.).
NOTE: More details to be communicated but parking for players and coaches will be at Alamo Stadium and shuttle transportation will be available from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
