Packets can be picked up at the YMCA on Friday, May 15 from 10am - 6pm and on race morning from 6:30am - 7:15am

Free parking is available at the YMCA and Food Lion parking lots at the race site. 

Yes. But we ask out of courtesy to other runners to start in the back. Dogs must be friendly and leashed at all times.

The restrooms at the YMCA will be available before and after the race. There are public restrooms in Gypsy Hill Park along the course that will be open during the race. 

All participants are expected to be able to maintain at least a 20 minute per mile pace, finishing under 1 hour and 40 minutes. 

All registrations will be done through RunSignUp up until 7am on race day.

Yes! This course is fully paved with adequate width throughout for wheelchairs. We just ask, as we do all participants, that you stay aware of your surroundings.

T-shirts are unisex cut and sizing, guaranteed t-shirt cutoff is April 24.
