The Panther Prowl 5K is a community-focused race in Abbeville, SC, built for runners, walkers, students, families, and participants of all fitness levels. The course will start and finish in the square in historic downtown Abbeville, setting the tone for a crisp fall morning surrounded by small-town charm, scenic streets, and strong Panther pride.
This is more than just a race.. it’s an experience. After crossing the finish line, stick around and celebrate with refreshments, sponsor giveaways, and a fun, high-energy atmosphere right in the heart of downtown.
Hosted by EasyMoose Running Company, this event offers something you won’t find at most races. We don’t just put on race day.. we provide free training and support leading up to it. Whether it’s your first 5K or your fiftieth, you’ll have guidance every step of the way.
Your registration includes a finisher shirt, custom medal, professional race bib, chip-timed results, and a giveaway bag.. but more importantly, it includes the support, encouragement, and community that make the journey just as rewarding as the finish line.

Getting ready for race day doesn’t have to be something you do alone.
We created EasyMiles Run Club on FB as a free, supportive online community to help runners and walkers of all levels feel confident and prepared leading up to the Panther Prowl 5K. Whether this is your first 5K or your fiftieth, you’ll find encouragement, guidance, and accountability every step of the way. We've also added a TikTok where we will post free training tips and videos about the race!

Packet Pick Up
Packet Pickup
To make race morning as smooth and stress-free as possible, we strongly encourage all participants to pick up their race packet on Friday if they're able.

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Picking up your packet the night before allows you to skip the race morning line, avoid traffic, and arrive at the start relaxed and ready to enjoy the event.

7:00 AM until the start of the race
If you need to pick up your packet on race morning, that's absolutely fine! We simply ask that you arrive early to allow enough time to:
Pick up your race packet and shirt
Find parking
Walk to the starting line
Use the restroom if needed
Be ready before the race begins
Please keep in mind that race morning is our busiest pickup time, so there will likely be traffic entering downtown and a line at packet pickup.
We want every participant to have a fun, relaxed start to their race day, so if your schedule allows, Friday evening pickup is the best option. We look forward to seeing you at the Panther Prowl! 🐾
