4 Leaf Clover 5K 2021

Join us for the 6th Annual 4 Leaf Clover 5K in Historic Downtown Aiken, SC on Friday, March 12th at 6pm.  You will begin your run on Newberry St. and end your run on Newberry St. in historic downtown Aiken.  This run will benefit the Aiken Public Safety Police Athletic League.  PAL was established 13 years ago with the mission of providing not only athletic opportunities for our youth but to build on life skills and self-esteem for kids who may not have access to those opportunities. PAL started out with football, with girls joining the program as cheerleaders. The organization now focuses as well on co-ed participation in basketball and track and field.

We will have an awards ceremony following the race in the Alley.  

All runners and walkers are encouraged to participate in our costume contest.  Show your St. Patrick's Day spirit by dressing as a leprechaun or in all green - be creative!  Prizes will be given to the top two costumes.  Our volunteers on the course will be the judges.

SCHEDULE: 

5:00pm - 5:30pm - Packet Pick-up and Registration
6:00pm - 5K
7:00pm - 5K Awards and Raffles 

REGISTRATION FEES: 

 5K - $25.00 through March 8th - $30.00 after March 8th
This is officially timed.  

T-SHIRTS:

T-shirts will be available to participants who register on or before February 23rd.  T-shirts are not guaranteed to participants who register after February 23rd.  Extras will be ordered but will given out on a first come, first serve basis.  Sizes include: YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL.

TIMING/AWARDS/RACE DIVISIONS:

The 5K will be electronically timed by 2 Girls and a Clock, LLC.  
The overall male and female will receive a medal along with the top three finishers in the following age categories: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69 and 70 and above. 

COURSE DESCRIPTION: 

The race will begin on Newberry St. and continue onto Colleton Ave. and through beautiful downtown Aiken.  The finish is on Newberry St. and Park Ave.  The course is an open, flat, asphalt course.  

PACKET PICK UP AND LATE REGISTRATION: 

Runners can pick up their race packet and register on Thursday, March 11th at Academy Sports in Aiken from 5:00pm-7:00pm 
You can register and pick up packets on race day from 5:00pm - 5:30pm. Registration will close promptly at 5:30pm. 
We accept cash, checks and credit.
