Who: YOU, the women of She Tris!
*You do not have to be a past or current She Tris participant, so invite your friends to join you.
What: 3 different virtual distance options to complete over the course of one month with women from around the globe!
When: One month virtual challenge runs 5/15 - 6/14
Distances: We have 3 options this time around. All levels welcome and go at your own pace!
27 mile bike
9.5 mile run
2 core workouts or 2 yoga workouts (links provided below)
Twice the fun
54 mile bike
19 mile run
4 core or 4 yoga (links provided below)
81 mile bike
28.5 mile run
6 core or 6 yoga (links provided below)
Participants have one month to complete the total distances, starting May 15th, and can break them up over as many days/workouts as the participant prefers. Distance can be completed inside or outside on your bike/trainer and by walking or running outdoors/on treadmill. If using a non smart bike trainer estimate by time it would normally take you to ride on the road. Participant must abide by all social distancing rules.
Results: We will provide a leaderboard for all 3 distances of this for those of you that like to see everyone's progress. When you complete a workout, we'll ask you to to to your www.runsignup.com profile, log in, and enter your virtual results. This will help you track how close you are to your goal. **Please note, this is a new system and there may be a lag between when it is ready for your input and when you start your training. We will keep you posted on its availability. In the meantime, please keep a log of your workout distances and times!
