Staying active during this quarantine has been a bit of a challenge, but you know what you can do anywhere, anytime, with zero equipment required?
BURPEES!
We are challenging YOU to challenge yourself to do oodles of burpees this August.
Choose whether you challenge yourself to complete 400 burpees or 800 burpees during the month of August. Whichever challenge you decide best fits you and your performance level is totally up to you, and the cost for either challenge is exactly the same.
- If you choose 400 burpees, you’ll be doing around 100 burpees a week or 13ish burpees a day.
- If you go big and choose 800 burpees, you’ll be doing around 200 burpees a week or about 26ish burpees a day.
You can complete any version of a burpee you’d like, meaning you can walk them out, only pop out to a plank, drop your chest to the floor each time, make your burpees "to target” where you jump up trying to touch something up high, or you can jump over an object between burpees. Whatever burpee you like, just know you’re gonna do a whole bunch of them.

Included in your registration fee is an event shirt to commemorate your hard work! You’ll choose between a Unisex Lightweight T-Shirt, Ladies Cut Lightweight T-Shirt, or a Ladies’ Softstyle Tank. All shirts are made from 100% preshrunk ringspun cotton.
The specs for the shirt are included below. We recommend that you measure a shirt you already love to decide which size shirt to choose.
Please note that your shirt will reflect the number of burpees in the challenge you registered for.
