Set sail for a cure at the Fifth Annual MUSC Hollings Cup Regatta
Together, we’re charting a course for spirited competition, stronger community and the fight to cure cancer.
On Sept.12, 2026, join fellow sailors in a race across the Charleston Harbor in support of groundbreaking cancer research at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center.
All hands on deck for better cancer care
Funds raised through the MUSC Hollings Cup Regatta will help drive innovation in cancer treatment and improve outcomes for patients in South Carolina and beyond. As the state’s only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center, Hollings continues to lead advances in research and patient care while shaping the future of cancer treatment.
MUSC is building South Carolina’s first dedicated cancer hospital, a transformative institution designed to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Cutting-edge spaces and technologies include CAR-T cell therapy, proton therapy, intraoperative MRI and more – so our friends, family members and neighbors battling cancer can get back to doing what they love, faster.

Spectator Boat | 12:30 to 3 p.m.

If you’ve never stepped foot on a sailboat but still want to attend, join us aboard our spectator boat, the Charleston Princess, for an up-close-and-personal view of the race. Ticket includes light bites and a complimentary drink.
Complimentary parking will be located behind the dry stack boats. Please allow a few extra minutes to walk from the parking lot to the boat. The boat will leave promptly at 1 p.m.
After-Party | 6 to 9 p.m.
