Hump Day FUNd Run

Come out for a mid-week cross-country run to support the Dreher Blue Devil Cross Country team!  The 1.5 mile loop is where we do the majority of our practice runs, and is the site of the RCSD1 Championships and SC AAAA Region 5 Championships! 

This isn't a fast, flat road race; this is an urban cross country "race" experience that will test your agility in the winding woods around Owens field. Just one of those old school-hand timed-no written results-laid back-fun run race. Be ready to run on dirt, sand, gravel, and grass, and oh, there might be a log or two to jump and a branch to duck. 3.1 miles of endurance FUNdraiser for DHSXC! 

Awards of DREHER XC Gear will be given to the top 3 male and female 5kers.  There will be a raffle for Dreher XC Gear for all walkers & runners.

Don't want to run the full 5k?  That's ok! You can run/jog/walk 1 or 2 loops...no additional signups or changes needed.  

Online Registration ($20 and last day to guarantee a t-shirt) ends Sept. 18 at Noon.  After that - and on race day - paper registrations ($25) can be given to the coaches - cash or check (made out to Dreher HS Booster Club - Cross Country on Subject Line).  Some t-shirts will be available for paper and day of registrations.
