Description
The Conway Rotary Club's 2nd Annual 5K Onion Run will be held on April 16th along the tree lined historic route thru downtown Conway SC. The race begins and ends at the Conway Marina/Riverwalk and funds raised from the race go to sponsor local charaties and scholarships for students in Horry County. The 5K (3.1 mile) race will be timed by RMS Sports and we will award the top three winners in both male and female groups, along with age group winners as well. Race day registration will be available from 7:00 until 7:45 AM. Entry fee is $40 on race day at the Conway Marina Park, located just off 2nd Ave in Conway. All pre-registered participants will receive a race t-shirt. T-shirts will be given to walk up participants while supplies last. This is a family friendly event, runners and walkers are all welcome. No pets please.
