How Team Registration Works
Start with your Team Captain. One person from your team should register first. During registration, they’ll create the team and pay the registration fee.
Once the team has been created, the remaining team members can register individually. Simply select your team from the list and complete your own registration.
Every team member must complete an individual registration and sign their own waiver to participate in the Coffin Races.
Quick rundown:
Captain registers → Creates the team → Pays the team fee → Invites teammates → Teammates select the team & register individually
Event Description
Get ready for the second annual Graveyard Grand Prix - Conway’s spooky, high-energy coffin race through downtown!
Teams will race their creative, human-powered “coffins” down the course in a battle of speed, creativity, and bragging rights. Each team will bring their own unique coffin design, costumes, and personality to compete for awards and the chance to be part of one of Conway’s most exciting Halloween traditions.
Whether you’re racing for the championship or joining in the fun as a Spirit Division team, creativity is encouraged and costumes, themes, and over-the-top designs are welcome. Awards will recognize speed, creativity, and crowd favorites, with plenty of opportunities for teams to show off their personalities.
