THE RACE
The Horry County Community Action for a Safer Tomorrow (CAST) Coalition is preparing for its Lucky to be #SubstanceFree/1 mile Rainbow Run on March 8th, 2025. The race is meant to promote healthy living while providing an alternative event for youth to engage in positive activities with our community members. Our mission is to address public health issues including substance abuse, through promotion, coordination and support of new and existing programs, with a focus on reducing youth substance use.

The Cause
