The Race
Black Creek Wildlife Center is an all volunteer, 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to wildlife education, conservation, and rehabilitation. Our mission is to improve the lives of wildlife through various programs and community engagement. The Running Wild 5K race is one of our key fundraising events, designed to benefit both the animals and the community. Proceeds from the race support the daily care and rehabilitation of injured and orphaned wildlife, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention and a chance to return to their natural habitats. Additionally, the event fosters community spirit by bringing together individuals and families for a fun and healthy activity, promoting awareness about local wildlife and the importance of conservation efforts. Join us in making a difference for our wildlife and community!
