LUNG FORCE Run/Walk – Charleston

Join us for the 2026 LUNG FORCE Run/Walk at beautiful Folly Beach as our community comes together to make every step count in the fight against lung cancer and lung disease. Whether you run, walk, jog or stroll, you'll be surrounded by survivors, caregivers, families, friends and advocates united by one mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

This unique 5K on the sand is a family-friendly and dog-friendly event, making it the perfect way to spend a morning with those you love while supporting a lifesaving cause. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying a walk along the beach.

Together, we'll celebrate lung cancer survivors, honor loved ones we've lost, and inspire hope for those currently facing a diagnosis. Every dollar raised supports groundbreaking research, advocacy efforts, education, and local programs that help people living with lung disease breathe easier.
