This Week's Workout
4 laps (1600m) easy warmup
4 x 400m speed, 400m recovery between, 200m after last
3 x 200m speed, 200m recovery between, 400m after last
200m relay leg
800m cool-down, on your own
2400m total speed
2200m total recovery between repeats
7000m (approximately 4.35 miles) grand total distance
Join us up the street at Common Cure after the workout for some social time.
