The Moonshiner 5K Night Race is BACK and being hosted by Half-Moon Outfitters on Friday, Sept. 9th, at 8 p.m. at Paris Mountain State Park. The Moonshiner 5K will cover trails in Paris Mountain State Park.
The Mission of the Moonshiner 5K is to provide a fun, safe and competitive experience for runners while raising money for trail construction and maintenance at Paris Mountain State Park. The race is a night trail race - the first of its kind in the Southeast.
All of the proceeds from the race will be donated to Paris Mountain State Park.
Shirt sizes are men's: XS,S, M, L, XL and XXL.
Online race registration ends Thursday, Sept. 8th at 5 p.m or until sold out.
Register in person at Half-Moon Outfitters all day Friday until 5 p.m or until sold out.
Race-day registration at the park is up until 15 minutes before race time or until sold out.
All runners are required to wear a light source. Make sure you have a source before coming to the race! Headlamps are available for purchase at your local Half-Moon.
Parking is limited at the park and you should double, triple or more up on the ride in. Organize a carpool with your friends and save some gas.
This race is a benefit for Paris Mountain State Park. Because of that, we can not offer refunds. Thank you for helping support our local state park!
