Description
We are proud to be in the 12th year of the Race for Grace where proceeds go towards families in time of hardship. The Race for Grace 5k is hosted each year to raise money for Carolina High School's Grace Fund. The money raised goes to help members of the Carolina community who find themselves in times of crisis. We are very excited to announce that this will be the 12th year of our event!
This year the race is hosted along with the 90's themed Carolina Block Party by United Way! Enjoy food trucks, inflatable houses, tie-dying t-shirts, and field games put on by our Carolina athletes.
Entry:
This year's entry fee is either $5 OR a donation to the Carolina Closet. The Carolina Closet needs: new or gently used clothes (need hoodies and jackets the most), personal hygiene items, and non-perishable food items.
General Info:
The 5k is a multi-surface run/walk around Carolina's campus. The course is NOT stroller friendly. It is possible, but difficult.
Awards and Giveaways:
Awards will be given to the top three males and females. Even if you don't place, stick around! There will be giveaways at the conclusion of the race as well.
Rules:
All GCSD rules and regulations will be enforced on-site.
