Trails for Wishes 5K

Let's take the "steps" in changing the life of a child.

Please join our mission as we take on the trails to run/walk a 5K to help grant wishes for children in our area. I am partnering with Make A Wish SC to raise the funds needed for a child(ren) to be granted the wish he/she desires.                                                                                                                                                                          

Wishes have proven physical and emotional benefits that can give children with critical illnesses a higher chance of survival. It's a necessity that gives kids the mental stamina to face their illness and fight it.  Every year 400 children in SC are diagnosed with a critical illness. Everyone of these kids needs a wish to give them the strength and help them heal. 

Your help matters - Funds raised in SC stay in SC to help local children / Make A Wish SC is funded entirely by donations from individuals, corporate sponsors and special events like this one. / Funding is the only thing that keeps Make A Wish SC from granting more wishes / Even a small contribution can transform the lives of children with illnesses. 

This event welcomes runners, joggers and walkers. Awards will be presented to top finishers and all who participate will receive a special medallion and t-shirt. We will also have other items (while available) to give away during and after this event. FRIDAY PACKET PICK UP DETAILS:

RACE DAY EVENT SCHEDULE:

Race day registration from 9:00 am to 10:45 am. 

Race start- 11:00 am 

Post race activities- 11:15 to Noon

Awards and giveaways- Noon
