What We Do

We offer full-service event management to organizations, nonprofits, schools, and corporations that want to put on a well-run race without carrying the entire operational burden themselves.

We manage your event, but the event belongs to you. Timing, registration, marketing, staffing, the race website, the results, the cleanup: we handle it all so your organization can stay visible to your audience and focused on your cause. Your event keeps its name, its brand, and its proceeds.

Our Services

Race Timing

Accurate, professional chip timing with real-time tracking, clean results delivery, and post-race reporting. When participants cross the finish line, they get their results quickly and reliably.

Registration Management

We set up and manage your race registration through RunSignUp, including participant communication, registration support, and data management through race day and beyond.

Event Consultation

Where is the race? When? What distance? What is your goal? From the first conversation, we help you cut through the unknowns and build a plan that is realistic and well-organized.

Event Marketing

We promote your event to a 45,000-person database of active runners, walkers, and community participants across Upstate South Carolina, plus social media outreach.

Race Website

A clean, complimentary race website and a powerful suite of dashboard tools, all inside the RunSignUp platform.

Race Day Staffing

Our crew handles the start line, the finish line, course management, volunteer coordination, and every situation that comes up between them.

Post-Race Reporting

Complete results, participant data, and a post-event debrief, so your organization can document the event and plan the next one.

Race Apparel Stores

Your race can have its own apparel collection in the Upstate Race Series store, printed to order with free shipping and no inventory to manage. Your race earns $3 for every item sold.

Registration, marketing, race website, and consultation are included at no cost with every event we manage.

2027 Standing Rates

No timing service price increase for 2027.

Setup: arch, clock, chute, cones, bibs, safety pins, live chip timing	$500 flat
Per registered runner (road and trail, 5K to ultra)	$2.50
Per registered runner (cross country meets)	$1.00
On-site time	First 3 hours included, then $60/hour
