Walk for the Animals and 5K Run

This year Grand Strand Humane Society's Walk for the Animals and 5K Run will be held virtually!! Our 2020 event is generously presented by Charter Communications and is additionally sponsored by Sutton Law Firm, King & Godbold CPA, Scott B Umstead PA, Sparks Toyota, Strand Storage Center and Floyd Law Firm. One of the coolest things about this virtual event is that you can participate no matter where you live - and you can complete your Walk or 5K anytime between now and November 4th at your convenience!!

Grab your family, friends and especially your pets to participate in our Annual Walk for the Animals! It is just a $10 sign-up fee for the entire family! Dress up your people and pets in their Halloween costumes and take a trip around the neighborhood!! Be sure to upload a picture of your crew to this event website in the results section because we will vote on the "Best Dressed Group" and send out a special bag full of GSHS swag!! This is a great opportunity to do something different for Halloween 2020 - get your whole neighborhood involved and parade together!! 

Our 5K run will be held virtually this year also but you can easily upload your results and see where you place!! Every entrance fee for the 5K event includes an awesome Event T-Shirt too!!
