Come join us for the IntraGhostal 5K at the Claire Chapin Epps YMCA! We have lots of fun and exciting things planned for the entire family to kick off the Halloween season! Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume! Prizes given for the winners! Our non-profit partner for the race is the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA!

Race Swag:

• Race bib 
• Custom designed 5K finisher medal (made in the USA)
• Custom Designed Race Shirt

Race Info:

• 5K Run/Walk is a chip timed event beginning at 6:00pm
• Animals are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification
• Baby joggers, baby strollers, skate boards, roller blades, unauthorized bicycles or any other wheeled device are not permitted on the race course and will result in disqualification
• Costume contest: Check in before the race and receive a raffle ticket (winners announced during the awards)
• Post race water and snacks for each participant

Packet Pickup:

• Friday, October 25 4:00-6:00pm at Claire Chapin Epps YMCA
• Saturday, October 26 from 4:30-5:45pm
