Sea Island Rotary Adventure Biathlon

Location: Hunting Island State Park. Start and finish will be at Russ Point Landing on Hunting Island, near the Park Nature Center. Take Hwy 21 to the end of Hunting Island. Turn right just before the Fripp Island Bridge.

Course: Paddlers will start and finish at Russ Point Landing at the end of Hunting Island, just before Fripp Island. The paddle will occur in Fripp Inlet and will be between 5 and 6 miles. Upon beaching your boat back at the landing, the running leg will be approximately 4 miles through the trails on Hunting Island and participants will encounter “adventure challenges” along the way.  Expect the Unexpected.

Start Time: 11:00AM Remember to come early enough to off load kayak and park. Parking will be at the the Nature Center.

* Chip Timing will be used which allows us to provide split times for paddle and run, as well as compute results accurately and fast.
