Join us for a fun and informative She Tris course preview clinic designed to help you feel fully prepared and confident for your triathlon! This event includes a guided preview of the official bike course, followed by a transition clinic. Please arrive with your bike ready by 7:30am.
**please park and meet in the medical offices parking lot across from the Carnes Crossroads Green Barn. You can use the address 2000 1st Avenue, Summerville, SC to find this parking lot.
Clinic Highlights:
- Guided Bike Course Preview: Ride the She Tris bike course with coaches and fellow participants. Get familiar with the route, turns, and terrain so you know exactly what to expect on race day. Coaches will offer tips on pacing, gearing, and safety along the way.
- Transition Clinic: After the ride, we’ll walk through the key steps of triathlon transitions—swim to bike and bike to run. Learn how to set up your transition area, rack your bike, change gear efficiently, and move smoothly through both transitions.
- What to Bring:
- Bike (with tires inflated)
- Helmet (required)
- Water bottle
- Smile
This clinic is beginner-friendly and open to all She Tris athletes. Come get tri-ready—and enjoy the ride!
