Gear Up for the 11th Summerville Family YMCA Youth Triathlon! Open to boys and girls ages 7-14. Swim, bike, and run through the beautiful neighborhood and trails of The Ponds community. Practice Runs: There will be informal practice runs on Saturday, July 20 and August 3 at 8am. This is for parents and children to see the course and ask questions. Located at The Ponds Farmhouse.
Triathlon Training: Youth can register to receive training from July 9-August 1. Training will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:00PM at the Oakbrook YMCA. Race fees are part of the Triathlon Training price. Sign-up for training by calling (843) 871-YMCA or visit our front desk.
Refund Policy: The Youth Triathlon is held as a fundraiser for the Summerville Family YMCA. It is a rain or shine event, and no refunds will be given.
Race Day Parking: Parking will be extremely limited at the farmhouse; the Y will also be open for parking. As you enter The Ponds, you’ll see volunteers directing traffic at the roundabout. Enter the Y parking lot and you’ll be directed to a parking spot.
