Road Bicycle Skills Clinic

We want to help you gain confidence and skill in group riding situations. This skills clinic will help you learn how to control your bike and ride safer, better and faster than you ever have before. We'll help everyone develop their riding skills regardless of their ability level. During this extensive skills and drills clinic, you will gain confidence and learn the fundamental skills that are used by every top-level cyclist. We will try to push the envelope and get you outside your comfort zone in a very controlled manner that helps minimize fear while maximizing fun. The drills are scalable based on ability and they are proven to help everyone. We promise you will be a better and more confident bike rider following this extensive skills clinic session, and we will have a little fun in the process.

Riders should come prepared for a normal ride with bicycles, helmets, shoes and full water bottles. Any Road, Gravel, Hybrid, Triathlon or Mountain bike rider is welcome, but we will focus on road cycling skills in this clinic. Every skill level rider age 12 and older is welcome. It is also acceptable to bring running/tennis shoes, if you want to participate in some of the drills without clipping into your pedals. This can build your confidence and help you improve faster.

Steve Baker and Samantha Smith have over 30 years of bicycle riding and racing experience, and they are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. They have developed a proven curriculum that helps riders on every level ride better on any bicycle. We'll have fun while we learn to be better riders.
