March for the Heart 5K and Fun Run

*****T-shirts!!!! As we quickly approach our race on Saturday, the weather looks beautiful, registration is higher than normal, and not all t-shirt sizes may be available on packet pick-up day or race day. Another t-shirt order will be placed, and all registrants will receive one as soon as they come in. Thank you for understanding.

Packet pickup will be on Friday, March 13th, from 10 am to 7 pm, or the morning of the race

Join us for our March for the Heart 5K! Come run, walk, and gather with good folks for a cause that matters. Our annual family-friendly 5K brings our community together to support neighbors experiencing homelessness.

The race will begin and end at Tender Hearts headquarters in Downtown York (145 Blackburn St.).

8:00 am Kid's Fun Run

8:30 am 5k 

All participants will receive a race T-shirt, race bag, and participation medal, with award medals presented to top finishers. 100% of the proceeds directly support our local shelter programs.
