2026 Goal Setting Workshop: Make This Your Breakthrough Year

Join Coach Lauren and the 605 Running Company coaching staff for a 90-minute, interactive goal setting workshop designed to help you step into the new year with clarity, confidence, and a plan you can actually follow.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to:

• set meaningful goals (running or life)
• create clear values and priorities
• build a plan for follow-through
• start the year feeling grounded and motivated

How it will work:
Coach Lauren will join us live on Zoom via our big screen at the Downtown shop, and the rest of the 605 Running Company coaching team will be in-person to facilitate the experience, guide small group discussion, and help participants walk away with tangible next steps.
