Description
A community run built for runners, walkers, and families who enjoy getting outside and moving
together. Whether you’re chasing a new personal best, running your first race, or getting the kids out
in the sun, this event is designed to be approachable, supportive, and inclusive for all paces.
Presented by Empower U Performance Physical Therapy, Midwest Best celebrates healthy movement and local
community. The course offers a scenic, flat route that’s perfect for both seasoned runners and first-
timers. All proceeds benefit the First Responders Foundation in support of those who care for and protect our community.
Packet Pickup will be FRIDAY, JUNE 12th ONLY at Empower U (7303 S Cliff Ave Sioux Falls, SD 57108 - in front of All American Gymnastics) from 1 to 6pm. You can have a friend/family member pick up your race packet if you're not able to make it on Friday. If you have extenuating circumstances and are not able to pick up your race packet in person, please contact the race director by Friday June 12th (Kaitlyn.McNamara@theEmpowerU.com)
There is ample parking available at Tomar Park for Saturday morning. Race will start promptly at 8 am and you can begin arriving at 7:15 am. Please arrive early enough to be on the start line ready to go. You do not need to check in the morning of the race. There is no day of registration.
