Description
Sturgis Community Preschool, Inc, a local non-profit 501(c)(3), will be hosting our first Harvest Bash & 5k Dash. Revel in the most beautiful season of all! Race through the chilled morning air and crisped, painted leaves. End the race with a toasty cup of apple cider, while enjoying the seasonal bash with family and friends. Early bird sign-up includes a gift!
Remaining gifts will be given on a first come, first serve basis on Race Day. Celebrate the season with food, music, crafts, baked goods, and more--all donation only. Browse through our annual silent auction. Create a fun-filled autumn tradition.

Earn Your Registration Back
While the race is an amazing experience itself, it's even better when you have friends join you! Once you sign up to run or walk, you will automatically become part of the Pumpkin Support League! Refer friends and family to join you to earn awesome rewards throughout the summer and fall. Here's how it works:
1) Sign up for the race. Once you complete your registration, you'll receive a unique URL link to share.
2) Share this unique link with friends and family.
3) Each time someone signs up through your link, you'll accrue a referral. Earn five referrals and get $20 credited back to you. Easy peasy!
Don't stop there. You can earn other various rewards the more people you refer to the race!

Refund Policy
Refund Policy:
Given the upfront costs, permitting, and planning, there are absolutely no refunds given, but the event will be postponed.
Unsafe Weather Conditions:
If threatening weather exists, Sturgis Community Preschool may delay the start of the race up to one hour if possible. In the event a delay is not possible, the event may be postponed.
Authority to Cancel:
Participant safety is our number one concern. If Sturgis Community Preschool race officials deem it is unsafe for participants to be on the course, they reserve the authority to cancel the event, and postpone for a later time or date. Refunds will not be given. However, Sturgis Community Preschool will notify all registered participants of a plan to retrieve their race packet. This may include an alternative packet pick-up as well as an option to have your race packet shipped for a nominal fee.
Notification of Delay or Cancelation:
We will notify participants by email and text alert (if opted in).
Costume Prizes
Join us for a wicked good time, if you dare! Prizes will be awarded to the best individual and best group costumes, for three age groups: children (12 and under), junior (12-18), and adult (19+).
5k Race Cost
Early-Bird Registration: $25 per person (includes gift)
Registration after 9/16/2018: $30 per person (gift first come basis on Race Day)
Paid Registration for ages 10-14: $20 (includes a prize bag)
12 and under: FREE
