Have you joined Strava yet?! Strava is an exercise tracking app perfect for recording workouts, seeing your progress, and fun stats like elevation gain, steps taken, stairs climbed. The app even converts activities like yoga workouts into miles! Strava is also an amazing platform for building community. You can now join the 37 Mile Challenge group within Strava! What does this mean? You can see other people's workouts and be inspired, you can encourage other participants and challenge each other forward as we link arms together against cancer! Strava is easy to get started.
Step 1: Download Strava on your phone.
Step 2: Follow the link Strava- 37 Mile Challenge Link or search for the 37 Mile Challenge to connect to our personal group.
Step 3: Join!!
* Once September 1st comes all your exercises will be logged and converted to miles.
** Feel free to encourage, post pictures, give kudos on other people’s activities or just soak up the inspiration from the group.
This September we are going to go the distance for kids with cancer! Thank you for being a part of this important event!
***Strava is an optional app for people participating in the 37-Mile Challenge. Even if you don't use Strava, you will be able to enter in your mileage and activities into the Runsignup platform starting September 1st. Look for more details coming soon!***
