San Antonio River Authority Fall Festival

Hours and Information

• Registration:  10:00 AM – 11:00 AM  
  • Late registrants may not be placed in the car show area
• Event Hours:  11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Judging begins at 1:00 PM
  • Awards at 3:30 PM
• Car Move-Out:  4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Vehicles will be allowed to move out of the car show area once deemed safe by River Authority staff  
     

Rules and Information 

• There are no fees to participate in this event
• Awards to include:
  • Top 6 – Highest 6 Scores added up from all judges
  • Choice Awards – Selection committee tbd
• Each participant will keep their space clean throughout the event, properly dispose of all trash, and clean their space after the event
• Each participant including their employees, agents, and volunteers at the event must adhere to all city, county, and state of Texas regulations
• Each participant will follow posted speed limits
• Each participant will not burnout tires
• No solicitation and/or sales may take place within your space, though social media advertising is allowed and encouraged
• Each participant agrees to allow use of video and photography by River Authority, any videos and photos taken by River Authority are the sole property of River Authority
• River Authority expressly disclaims and negates any implied or express warranties for the participant's space. Parties' expressly intend that the property be licensed on an AS IS, WHERE is basis
• River Authority reserves the right to cancel the event at its sole discretion and will undertake best efforts to notify participants if the event is canceled in advance as well as inform participant of alternate event date, if any
• River Authority reserve the right to cancel participant’s license for this space at any time and/or to refuse participant’s future applications should participant fail to abide by these terms
