There is no time limit, but you must start the race when the race starts. For safety, no late starts are permitted.
Open ear headphones such as Shokz can be used, however you must be able to hear race staff, volunteers and emergency vehicles.
There will be race-day registration unless the race is sold out.
The cost for park admission and free parking at Valentine Park with free shuttle service to Blue Spring State Park is included in your registration. Limited VIP parking inside Blue Spring State Park is available for an additional fee at checkout.
All registered participants will get a medal and shirt unless they choose the "no swag" option.
There are restrooms located in the park. There will be no restrooms located on the course.
There will be a gear check tent located inside Blue Spring State Park. Save the Manatee Club and Blue Spring State Park are not liable for items dropped off at gear check. We encourage you to leave valuables in your car.
There will be a water station on the course that you pass 2 times. You can run with your own water if you like.
The main home page of the website will have details as to the time and location of packet pickup. Packet pickup will be offered at on race day at race site.
Yes, you can have family and friends pickup your race packet as long as they have a copy of your ID and your registration confirmation.

Dogs are allowed to participate in the race, but need to be on a leash and well behaved
Top 3 overall male and female winners will receive awards, and top 3 in each age group will receive an award.
