Race Day Details
We’re excited to see you at the start line! Below is everything you need to know to make race morning smooth, fun, and stress-free.
Schedule
8:00 AM – Event site opens / check-in begins
9:15 AM – Kids Dash starts
9:30 AM – 10K starts
9:35 AM – Sip N Stroll starts
9:50 AM – 5K starts
11:00 AM (approx.) – Awards Ceremony
11:30 AM (approx.) – Course closes
Please plan to arrive 60 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and warm-up.
Location
Start & Finish Area: Gas Works Park, Seattle
Look for the start/finish arch, music, and check-in tents.
Parking & Transportation
Parking near Gas Works Park is limited and fills quickly.
We strongly encourage carpooling, biking, or rideshare drop-off when possible.
Please allow extra time to park and walk to the start area.
Check-In & Bib Pickup
Visit the Check-In Tent upon arrival.
Please have your confirmation email or last name ready when checking in.
Bib pickup closes 15 minutes before each race start, so please do not wait until the last minute.
What’s Included with Registration
All registered participants for the 5K, 10K and Kids Dash will receive an official race bib, t-shirt and medal.
Virtual Run participants join the event remotely and participate from a location of their choice. Virtual registration does not include race bibs, shirts, or medals.

The course will be clearly marked with signage and volunteers at key turns. Please scroll to bottom of page to find route maps.
Please stay aware of your surroundings, as this is a shared public park space.
Aid Stations
Water will be available on the course and at the finish line.
If you need assistance at any point, please notify the nearest volunteer.
Kids Dash
Start Time: 9:15 AM
The Kids Dash is a short, fun sprint designed for children to experience the excitement of race day.
Parents are welcome to run alongside younger children, and every participant will receive a big cheer at the finish line.
Timing
The 5K and 10K races will be timed using a race timing app. Results will be recorded based on finish times and posted after the event. The Kids Dash and Sip N Stroll are untimed, non-competitive experiences.
Awards & Results
Awards will begin at approximately 11:00 AM near the finish area.

Strollers & Dogs Policy
Strollers
Strollers are welcome in the race. For safety, we ask that participants with strollers line up toward the back of the starting area and remain mindful of other runners on the course.
Dogs
Dogs are not permitted on the course due to safety and insurance requirements within the park and event permit.
Thank you for helping us keep the event safe for everyone.
Restrooms
Public park restrooms will be available at Gas Works Park.
Lines may form during peak times, so please plan accordingly.
Weather Policy
The event will take place rain or shine.
In the case of severe or unsafe conditions, the race may be modified or delayed for participant safety.
Race Etiquette & Safety
Please follow all volunteer instructions and event signage.
Stay to the right except when passing.
If you need to stop, move to the side of the course first.
Please be respectful of fellow runners, volunteers, and other park users so everyone can enjoy a safe and positive race experience.
