Race Number Pick-Up
For your convenience, RunSedona will host advance race number pick-up in convenient Arizona locations.
2025 EXACT DATES AND TIMES are TBD, will include Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Sedona locations.
Runner Tees will be collected in Sedona at the day-before Expo or on race morning before or after the races.
Pre-purchased apparel items and participant t-shirts are only available for pick up in Sedona.
Runners can visit one of these events to be assigned and collect their bib with timing tag and make any needed last changes to their registration. This will be a great chance to check out the latest in running gear from our retail partners, likely Sole Sports (Scottsdale) and Run Flagstaff (Flagstaff), as well as ask questions of the race staff at the Posse Grounds Park (Sedona).
Pick-Up Process Notes:
* Bring a valid photo ID/passport for yourself - to be sure we get your name spelling correct as we assign that race number.
* Registered participants may pick up a race number for additional participants by showing a pic of a valid photo ID/passport.
* Parents/Guardians can collect race numbers for minors.
* Tees will be available at the Sedona Expo and on race morning - pre or post race.
* Tees will be fulfilled to the all-gender size ordered. Exchanges can be made onsite post-race for any available remaining.
* Tees are not offered to be mailed for non-participants or folks who forgot to collect at the Sedona Expo or onsite pre or post race.
* Purchased custom items will be available at the Sedona Expo and on race morning - pre or post race.
Race Number advance pickup locations and the Sedona Expo will close promptly at the times posted for each (TBD).
Race Morning number pickup will close AT 7:30 AM.... NO BIB NUMBERS will be assigned after 7:30AM on race morning.
