When will I register for the Marine Corps Marathon?
After reaching the $500 milestone in your fundraising campaign you will receive an email with the link to register for the Marine Corps Marathon. After receiving the link you will complete the registration steps to be officially registered for the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon. You must reach the $500 milestone by July 1, 2026 or you will forfeit your entry to the Marine Corps Marathon.
When is the deadline to meet the fundraising minimum?
We expect everyone to reach their fundraising minimum prior to race weekend.
I am already registered for the MCM, can I join your team?
Yes! If you are already registered for the MCM there are 2 options to join our team. One option includes access to our team tent on race day (very limited) and the other option does not include access to our team tent(unlimited).
Why do I need to pay a team fee?
The team fee helps to cover the cost of your training shirt, MCM Team race day Shirt and our team celebration held the night before the race.
How do I start fundraising?
When you register for our team an easy to use fundraising page is created for you, the link is easy to share with potential donors. You will receive a Welcome Email with information to get you started fundraising, as well as many other helpful resources. Our Community Athlete Toolkit is full of good information and ideas. We will send weekly Team Newsletters with fundraising tips and ideas and host periodic Team Zoom chats.
How do I set up a Facebook Fundraiser that links to my Fundraising Page?

What do I do if I receive a check or I would like to donate by check?
Follow this link to our Check Donation Form.
Be sure to include your name and "2026 MCM" on both the check and donation form. The mailing address is located on the check donation form.
When will I receive my race shirt?
You will receive your Semper Fi & America's Fund race shirt in September. It will be mailed to the address you used when registering for the team. If your address changes before September please change your address in your RunSignup Profile or email Christine.Ingraham@thefund.org with your new address to insure that you receive your team shirt.
Register for our team before July 1 to guarantee your race day shirt size.
All registered team members also receive a complimentary training shirt. The link and coupon code to claim your shirt are in the confirmation message you receive after you register or our team.
Will there be a team gathering on race weekend?
As a team member you will receive an invitation to our Shakeout Run (Saturday morning) and our team gathering held the night before the marathon.
Is there a block of rooms for Semper Fi & America's Fund runners to reserve for race weekend?
Yes. We will share a link to our room block when it is available.
