The Sewickley Sundae 5K is more than a race — it’s a signature summer community event built around fitness, family fun, local pride, and giving back.

Hosted by the Sewickley Valley Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Sewickley Runners Club, the event brings together runners, families, local businesses, and community supporters for a high-energy morning in the heart of Sewickley. Known for its post-race foam party and build-your-own sundae celebration, the event creates a memorable experience that extends well beyond the finish line.

Proceeds from the event support ongoing village beautification and streetscape enhancements, continuing the momentum of past projects like the Edison light installations that have helped define the character of downtown Sewickley.

NOTES TO SPONSORS:

Sponsorship benefits are subject to production deadlines. Apparel, bib, finish line, signage, and printed recognition benefits require sponsor commitment and logo files by the applicable artwork deadline listed below.

Sponsor-provided materials, banners, and swag bag inserts must be delivered by the event deadline provided by the race committee. Hospitality booth space is limited and must be confirmed in advance. Booths are intended for sponsor engagement, giveaways, and community interaction. Any on-site sales may require additional approval or permits.

Sponsor Artwork & Materials Deadlines

  • Finish Line artwork deadline: June 19, 2026
  • Apparel print deadline: June 25, 2026
  • Race bib artwork deadline: June 25, 2026
  • Event signage artwork deadline: July 3, 2026

Sponsorship commitments or logo files received after the applicable deadline may not be eligible for inclusion on that printed item.
