FAQ

When will I receive my reward? 

We will issue rewards after the challenge concludes. We will follow up with all finishers via email with helpful next steps on March 1.

 
How long do I have to enter my miles?

You can enter your miles through Feb. 28 at 11:59 pm PT. 

 
How do I log my miles?

You can log miles through your RunSignup account. Once there, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Results page
  2. Click the blue Submit Virtual Results button
  3. Select date completed, enter miles OR upload GPS activity file 
  4. Optional - say something about your run or walk in the comments
  5. Click submit activity 

Once submitted, activities will populate on your results page in 1 to 3 minutes. Once you reach your goal, you will unlock your finisher badge and certificate! 

 
When will my shirt arrive?

For those who purchased a shirt, we collect and produce event shirts in two batches - with shirts arriving approximately four weeks after we close the batch orders. This means shirts ordered by Jan. 15 should arrive by mid-February and shirts ordered between Jan. 16 and Feb. 15 should arrive by mid-March. 

 
How do I join a group?

You can join a group when you register. If you already registered and would like to join a group, follow the steps below!

  1. Head to your profile
  2. Under "Upcoming events" you'll see Share the Run
  3. Click "Manage Registration"
  4. And then click the "Group/Team" option in the gray menu at the top of the page
 
How do I access my finisher certificate? 

At the end of the challenge, the finisher certificate will populate within your profile. Click the Results tab and then View Finisher Certificate. From there you can download and print if you wish!

 
How do the bibs work?

Once you register, you are automatically assigned a bib number that will appear in your confirmation email. You can also look up your bib number by pulling up your profile in RunSignup (click your icon in the top right corner of the page). 

Since this is not a timed race, we will not use your bibs to indicate timed placement. However, the bibs make for fun keepsakes you can print at home! To access your virtual bib, head to your profile, scroll down to the Share the Run event, and then click View Digital Bib. From there you can download and print if you wish. 

 
Why can’t I submit my pace or time?

The goal of the challenge is to complete your goal distance over the course of the month, so we do not need pace or time. 

 
How will I get my $15 reward?

Two things need to happen by Feb. 28, 2022 to unlock your $15 reward. 

  1. Complete your challenge goal
  2. Enroll in the Fleet Feet Loyalty Program

Can I sign someone else up for the Challenge? 

You can, but we require separate email addresses upon registration, in order to send Reward information to each finisher. We cannot send more than one Reward per email address, so you must have an email address to participate and redeem your Reward. 

 
Do walking and treadmill miles count toward my miles?

Yes! Running, walking, and treadmill miles all count toward this challenge.
