FAQ

When will I receive my $10 Offer? 

We will issue $10 off $50 offers for all participants who have completed their challenge and are enrolled in Fleet Feet Milestones by March 1, at the conclusion of Share The Run. This is a $10 reward off a minimum purchase of $50 or more in-store. We will follow up with all finishers via email with helpful next steps on March 1.

How long do I have to enter my miles?

You can enter your miles through March 1 at 11:59 pm PT. 

How do I log my miles?

You can log miles through your RunSignup account. Once there, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Results page
  2. Click the blue Submit Virtual Results button
  3. Select date completed, enter miles 
  4. Optional - say something about your run or walk in the comments
  5. Click submit activity 

Once submitted, activities will populate on your results page in 1 to 3 minutes. Once you reach your goal, you will unlock your finisher badge and certificate! 

How do I join a group?

You can join a group when you register. If you already registered and would like to join a group, follow the steps below!

  1. Head to your profile
  2. Under "Upcoming events" you'll see Share the Run
  3. Click "Manage Registration"
  4. And then click the "Group/Team" option in the gray menu at the top of the page

Why can’t I submit my pace or time?

The goal of the challenge is to complete your goal distance over the course of the month, so we do not need pace or time. 

Can I sign someone else up for the Challenge? 

You can, but we require separate email addresses upon registration.

Do walking and treadmill miles count toward my miles?

Yes! Running, walking, and treadmill miles all count toward this challenge. 

Can I change my mileage goals?

Yes! After you register, you can still change your mileage goals by following these steps:

  1. Select My profile (upper right side), then choose My Registrations
  2. Click Share The Run and Manage Registrations
  3. Find the Tab labeled, "Questions"
  4. Adjust your mileage goal under "How many miles are you committing to for the month of February?"
  5. Scroll to the bottom and Click "Update Responses"
