Things to Know Before the 14th Annual Shiner Beer Run!
🚫 What is NOT allowed on the grounds:
- Coolers
- Tents
- Outside food or drink
- Weapons or firearms
✅ What is allowed on the grounds:
- Chairs
- Blankets
- Towels
- Tents are no longer allowed.
🍺 How do I purchase drinks?
Anyone may purchase a Partner Pass online before the event or on site the day of. The Partner Pass includes 4 complimentary beer sample tickets and 1 meal ticket.
🌭 What does my meal ticket get me?
Redeem your meal ticket at the Food Station for a sausage wrap, sauerkraut, and chips.
💧 Is there water on site?
Yes! We’ll have 2 Water Monster jugs on site, plus Water Monster jugs at each aid station.
💵 Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Most event expenses are paid prior to race day when participants register.
🏭 Will you offer tours this day?
Yes! We will offer limited Brewery and Distillery tours. Brewery tours on race day will not include swag or beer tokens.
🍻 Can I use my beer tokens on race day?
Not during the event. The Beer Run ends at 2 PM. After that, our grounds reopen to the public and tokens will be accepted as usual.
🔄 Need to switch distances?
No problem! Follow these steps before race day:
- Log In: Go to RunSignUp.com and sign in.
- Profile: Click your profile (top right).
- Find Your Race: Under Upcoming Events, select Shiner Beer Run.
- Manage Registration: Click Manage Registration.
- Transfer Event: In the left menu, select Transfer Event and choose your new distance.
- Confirm: Pay any difference if moving up. No refunds if moving down. Complete checkout (if required).
- Check Confirmation: Look for your updated email confirmation.
