Refund/Transfer Policy
TRANSFERS
An individual race entry may be transferred under the following circumstances:
An additional $10 will be charged if moving UP a distance.
Transfers will not be allowed if the race or distance is closed.
There is a $20 transfer fee from race to race (ex. Bridgeland to Conroe)
How to Transfer to another event (ex. 10 mile to 5 mile or to Virtual)
How to Transfer to another race (Ex. Cypress to Conroe)
REFUNDS
Entry Fees are non-refundable and may not be given sold or assigned to another individual in any race.
Hardship Refunds – Requests for hardship refunds may be submitted for limited reasons such as pregnancy, death and/or military deployment. Verified documentation is required and an administrative fee of $10 will be applied on all approved hardship refunds.
