Sponsor Opportunities
South Hall Rotary is looking for sponsors for this year's event.
Sponsor Levels:
Presenting Sponsorship Level: $2,000
Presenting Sponsors will have their company or individual name listed on the banner at the start/finish line. They will also have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Water Station advertising
- Logo on all promotional items
- Opportunity for Vendor Space at the Event
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
- Plaque for Sponsorship Recognition
- 5 Runner's Registrations Included
- Company or Individual logo listed on the T-shirt at the Top as Presenting Sponsor.
Buddy the Elf Sponsor Sponsorship Level: $1,500
The Buddy Sponsor will have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Selfie's with Buddy Primary Sponsor
- Logo on all promotional items
- Opportunity for Vendor Space at the Event
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
- Company or Individual logo on the T-shirt as Buddy Sponsor.
Gold Sponsorship Level: $1,000
Gold Sponsors will have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Water Station advertising
- Logo on all promotional items
- Opportunity for Vendor Space at the Event
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
- Plaque for Sponsorship Recognition
- 4 Runner's Registrations Included
- Company or Individual logo on the T-shirt as Gold Level Sponsor.
Silver Sponsorship Level: $750
Silver Sponsors will also have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Logo on all promotional items
- Opportunity for Vendor Space at the Event
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
- Plaque for Sponsorship Recognition
- 3 Runner's Registrations Included
- Company or Individual logo on the T-shirt as Silver Level Sponsor
Bronze Sponsorship Level: $500
Bronze Sponsors will also have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
- Plaque for Sponsorship Recognition
- 2 Runner's Registrations Included
- Company or Individual Name listed on the T-shirt as Bronze Level Sponsor
Friend of Rotary Sponsorship Level: $250
Friend of Rotary sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:
- 1 Runner's Registration Included
- Company or Individual Name listed on the T-shirt as Friend of Rotary Level Sponsor
Awards Sponsor Sponsorship Level: $750
The Award Sponsors will also have the opportunity to be showcased in the following ways:
- Opportunity to Speak Before Awards
- Opportunity to pick the best Holiday Costume
- Logo on all promotional items
- Opportunity for Vendor Space at the Event
- Opportunity to provide goody bag items to runners
Proceeds will benefit the South Hall Food Pantry, Lanier Tech’s Adult Education Scholarships, Hall is Home for Kids, Shelterbox, Alzheimer's research through Rotary’s CART Fund, and the South Hall Rotary's S.H.A.R.E. Fund for local community causes.
